Create Your Vision Board- the SPARK way (n.E.S.T.)

This isn’t about pasting pretty pictures.
It’s about creating directional clarity—so your space, time, and energy are aligned.

N — Notice

Before you collect anything, pause.

Ask:

  • What feels heavy or misaligned in my life right now?

  • Where do I want more flow, not just more things?

  • What season am I entering?

This step grounds the board in truth—so growth is built from what’s real.

A SPARK vision board starts with awareness.

E — Edit

Most vision boards fail here.

Instead of adding more goals, subtract first:

  • Old goals that no longer fit

  • Aspirations inherited from others

  • Images that feel impressive—but not personal

Only keep and add what creates a body-level intuition that says “yes.”

Editing is how clarity is born.

S — Sort & Systemize

Now give structure to your vision.

Group your remaining words and images into clear categories:

  • Identity (who you’re becoming)

  • Environment (how you want to live)

  • Work & contribution

  • Well-being & energy

  • Relationships & journeys

Structure turns vision into direction.

T — Tidy & Activate (Today)

Bring it together with intention and restraint.

  • Leave white space (mental breathing room)

  • Balance actionable goals with aspirational stretch goals

  • Place it where you’ll see it calmly—not constantly

Finish by writing one sentence:

“Today, I am becoming someone who…”
(Insert your Word of the Year.)

That sentence is your activation key.

Let this be the year your vision becomes lived direction.
